Decorating for a Pittance
I shared in my profile my love for antiques. I will be sharing in the future my adventures in procuring them on a meager budget. In my early married years I became enamored with anything old,be it country, Victorian or just collectible. I soon became discouraged at ever being a collector as I perused antique shops with their high prices that… Read more →
Frosted or Metallic Eye shadow For the Mature Woman!!!
Over and over I’ve heard it declare that mature women should not use frosted eye shadows because of the propensity of that particular shadow to enhance the creases on our eyes. As the aging process occurred , to my dismay, there appeared on each side of my chin a tiny pouch of sagging skin that reminded me of a lynx. Most people call them jowls but that to me describes a much more corporal presentation. They annoyed me and though people probably didn’t notice them I was keenly aware of them hanging there on each side of my chin, a constant reminder of my (shall I use a kinder word) maturity. What to do…what to do?…
#1 I decided I needed the best anti aging skin care to forestall the further sagging of my”jowls”. It had to be the best anti aging product which also had a good anti wrinkle eye cream because alas I noticed at the same time my eyes were being “framed” by those little feathery lines which were neither framing my eyes or enhancing them…I needed some anti aging wrinkle cream too!!
#2 I needed to camouflage the the lynx jowls.
To camouflage the jowls, I discovered by brushing my my bronzer over them and then blended it lightly that the unsightly age harbingers became less visible. The same could be accomplished by using a foundation darker than your normal color. Try it. You will be amazed !
I discovered an amazing anti aging skin care called that also has an effective anti wrinkle eye cream . Love the results this product has given me and I especially like it because it is fully guaranteed.

The Little Red Church in the Woods
If you’ve read my earlier articles, you know that I am indeed a country girl at heart, though I’ve lived in the city for the most part of my life.My families both maternal and paternal were farmer immigrants. My father’s family goes way back to the 1600’s in Massachusetts. His earliest progenitor was a very successful farmer and a bricklayer,… Read more →
